The Titans made quick work of the Vikings of Hazel Park this past Friday. It was a dominating 31-0 win for Team 35, with both offense, defense, and special teams firing on all cylinders.

Leading the way for the Titans through rough and rainy weather was Quarterback Matt Byrd ’19. Byrd was able to bust out numerous running plays per usual, with one going for nearly 40 yards and a touchdown. Among the other forces in this game were Edvan Walton ’18, who recorded a sack and several tackles. Jordan Harrison ’18 was eating the Vikings defensive line alive, finding holes and recording multiple 20+ yard runs.

Despite the harsh weather, the Titans put on an incredible display of football. They face Harrison in the next round of the playoffs this Friday night, and are going to need all the support they can get, as a win will advance WWT to the next round in the playoffs, something that hasn’t been done since the 2014 season. You can see the Titans take on Harrison at 7:00 PM.
