Senior Picture Deadlines and Information:

 

  1. Oct. 31st    Last day to be photographed by Patrick Studios to be in yearbook.  (Students can still turn in pictures taken somewhere else and get it in yearbook.)
  2. Oct. 31st    Last day for a student to choose what picture they want in yearbook, (if taken by Patrick) Patrick will require students to choose when they go and view their proofs.
  3. Nov. 7th     Last day for pictures not taken at Patrick to be turned in to Mrs. Cassler and/or emailed to [email protected]  for the yearbook. (See specifications below; please send digital copies only.) Pictures taken at Patrick will be automatically submitted.
  4. Dec. 1st     Last day to be photographed for senior composite or turn in a digital photo to be added to the composite. The Sitting Fee for the senior composite through Patrick is $26.50 (tax included).

To receive a copy of the senior composite you must either be photographed at Patrick Studios, or turn in a digital copy that meets the specifications listed below with $20 to Patrick Studios. If you don’t want a copy of the senior composite, but you do want to have your picture on it, then you must turn a digital copy to Patrick Studios that meet the specifications listed below.

Senior Photo Specifications

  • 1.5 x2 inches
  • Head Size: 1 inch from top of head to bottom of chin
  • Color photo with medium blue-gray background.

 

Anticipated Senior Costs

  •   Prom Tickets Range from $50 to $60 dollars in years past.
  •   Senior Dues range from $20 to $40 dollars in years past. This will depend on how much the senior class fundraises. Senior Dues will be paid directly to Warren Woods Towers this year. The cost of senior dues will be determined in late March. Senior Dues include; cap, gown, tassel, honor cords, flowers, and commencement tickets. You do NOT have to pay for cap and gown until March when senior dues are announced. * Please note that any student that has participated in the class fundraisers will receive a reduced rate on their senior dues.
  •   All Night Party Tickets usually between $20 to $30 dollars. Tickets will be on sale sometime after Spring Break.
  •  Lost book fees and fines. A list will be created and posted in the front office in May. We will announce when the fines are posted. Students must pay their fines or they will not be given tickets for the commencement ceremony.

 

  • ·         Each senior will be given 10 tickets to commencement. The tickets are handed out at commencement rehearsal as long as all student fees are paid in full.
  • ·         SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS will be available in the counseling office. There are many scholarships available in the scholarship binder located in the counseling office. If you have questions regarding scholarships please contact your student’s counselor.
  • ·         FINALS Senior must have no unverified absences (skips and attendance responsibility included) and must have earned an A or B in both the 3rd and 4th quarter to be excused from taking their final exam for each class.

  

College Letters of Acceptance

  • ·         If your senior is applying to colleges, please have them turn in a copy of their acceptance letters. We will put their name up on the college bound wall in the commons. We want to know how many colleges they were accepted to, not just the one they chose.
