The month of December is HIV/ Aids month. This illness has claimed 1.2 million deaths per year.
In order to raise awareness for this, HOSA will be selling ribbons during all three lunches on Thursday, December 8th and Friday, December 9th. We are asking for a small donation, in which you will receive a red ribbon to proudly wear and show your support. All donations will be going to an organization called UNIFIED in Detroit where they specialize in community outreach and the tedious job of searching for a cure. Please show your support and bring your donations to lunch.
