Woods-Tower is glad to recognize that the schools dance team is doing their part and holding their annual Dance Clinic February 17th and 20th. Every year, the coaches and members are excited to volunteer and allow elementary and middle school students to experience dancing at a high school basketball game.

The kids will be performing on Tuesday, February 21st at both girls and boys basketball game. Practices are held for two day prior to the games so the students have as much time to learn their new routines.

The clinic is a fun activity for young girls in the Warren Woods District to experience, from grades 2nd to 8th. They not only see and go through how a high school sport runs but also get to make new friends and enjoy themselves at the same time.

The girls on the team love when the clinic comes around each year because it makes all of them smile to know that girls to participate and dance with the team. “The girls are always so cute and energetic, they are so much fun to work with,” Hayley Pulizzi ’13 says.

The cost is $35 dollars to dance for the clinic and the registration forms that can be found in the athletic office are due by February 10th. Spread the word around to any kids that might be interested.
