To be a GREAT CHEF you have to be dedicated.

Hard work and passion to excel is needed to be GREAT at anything….and it is critical for a great Chef. So, when I see a student that gives 110 percent…I can see that student has exactly what it takes to be GREAT at whatever they choose…I see that already in my first year Culinary student Mouakia Thao!
