Mr. Cutshaw is WWT’s athletic director and tennis coach, having been at the school for 7 years now.

His favorite thing about working for Tower is “working with and coaching student-athletes on not only becoming a more skilled athlete but also becoming a better person.”

Since he doesn’t teach any classes, his favorite things to do with the Tower community are coaching tennis and helping out with the PE classes. He likes being outside and active.

He decided to become a teacher because he wanted to “try and shape young minds into critical thinkers and…responsible adults.”

Three Fun Facts About Him:
1) He played for two national championships in Flag Football
2) He was a certified tennis professional
3) He lived in Arizona for almost 20 years before moving back to Michigan

Mr. Cutshaw’s favorite memory from high school was winning the first boy’s tennis regional in high school history and qualifying for states.

One piece of advice he’d give to students?
“Always give 100% effort in everything you do and never quit anything.”
