Glowcoming is officially back this year! After having such a successful turn out last year, the Renaissance Club is sponsoring yet another glow filled dance. With Powder-puff being added to the same day, it should be an amazing event that no one should miss out on.
When: April 26, 2013 at 7:00pm, following the Powder-puff game at 5:00pm
Where: WWT’s Aux Gym
Cost: $15
Tickets will go on sale March 27, 2013 and will be on sale until April 19th. They will be available during all three lunches. The cost is only $15 and that includes a t-shirt, professional DJ, a photo booth and a light show.
The rules that applied for Homecoming will also apply to Glowcoming. However, because of the casual attire, you do not need to buy a fancy dress or shoes or get your hair done. Wear the Glowcoming t-shirt, shorts or jeans and tennis shoes. The shirt will be your ticket into the dance. Also, bring any kind of glow accessories that you can. Glow sticks will not be permitted because of the gyms floors.
Unlike last year, Glowcoming is allowing guests from Enterprise. If you have a friend at Enterprise or know someone that might be interested in going, make sure you tell them they can purchase a ticket as well.
The whole purpose of this dance is to reward those hardworking students who deserve to have a little fun. In order to go, you must have your grades up and not get yourself in to any major trouble.
The Renaissance club is hoping to have another great turn out for Glowcoming. If you’re looking for something to do on a Friday night, you can go to the Powder-puff game at 5:00 pm and then go to the dance at 7:00 pm. April 26th is sure to be a fun filled day.
